XTEN-AV receives investment from Resideo Technologies

The investment will allow the US-based provider of pro-AV design and proposal software to accelerate product development and offer enhanced support to its user base.

XTEN-AV has received a minority investment from Resideo Technologies.

The investment will allow the provider of pro-AV design and proposal software to accelerate product development and offer enhanced support to its user base.

Resideo is a global manufacturer of technology-driven products that provide critical comfort, energy management and safety and security solutions. The company also distributes security, life safety, AV and low-voltage products through its ADI Global Distribution business.

Stu Tisdale, senior vice-president and chief experience officer at ADI Global Distribution, said: “We continue to see pro-AV as a growth category, and we’re investing in technology to help drive the industry forward.

XTEN-AV provides a collaborative cloud-based software platform for integrators to conceptualise designs and streamline proposal processes.  The platform’s device and personnel agnostic approach ensures that critical project data is readily accessible, fostering collaboration and enhancing project management.
