More than 150 Sony Pro Bravia displays have been installed across global cybersecurity company ReliaQuest’s estate.

Integrator AVI-SPL provided a range of 55″, 65″, 75″, 85″ and 100″ models for upgrading facilities at the GreyMatter security operations platform’s three sites in the US, as well as in the UK, Ireland and India.

Regina Marrow, ReliaQuest’s chief information officer and executive vice-president of operations, says: “Our mission is to make security possible, therefore it’s critical that we have access to the latest technology.

“On any given day, we are hosting customers from large enterprise companies, and the technology that we are using, and our operating centres, serve as the underpinnings of those interactions. So that technology must be world class and reliable because it reflects our brand. This technology directly impacts the effectiveness of those interactions because consistent experience is crucial for our teammates and customers.”

The displays are used for playing videos and running meetings in ReliaQuest’s collaboration spaces, huddle rooms, conference rooms, common areas and training centres. They are also deployed for digital signage in cafes and reception spaces, as well as sitewide communications and company town halls.

Marrow says the technology was selected due to its combination of quality, reliability, durability, ease of use and design aesthetic.

The pro Bravia’s high quality was especially important to ReliaQuest due to the company regularly hosting business leaders at its operating centres. “The high-quality, consistent and reliable experience that we have with the displays gives us peace of mind,” says Marrow. “We know that they’re going to work every time. The images are crisp, clear, colourful and stable.”

The displays have been set up so that everything can be managed centrally. The Oro Bravia’s screen-mirroring feature means staff can work collaboratively by utilising Microsoft Teams.

“We wanted a partner that has the same attention to detail that we do and prioritises the same level of quality and excellence,” says Marrow. “We align with high-quality, world-class companies because we know that helps us in our mission to serve our customers and to make security possible.”
