Marquee One delivers collaborative solution for Gamesys

The leading online gaming operator required videoconferencing, collaboration, and digital signage solutions in 30 meeting rooms and two all-hands meeting rooms in a fit out of its London office.

Gamesys London, a leading international online gaming operator which is now a Bally’s Corporation Company, wished to modernise and collaborate in its office space. The plans for the new office included 30 meeting rooms and two all-hands meeting rooms, as well as corporate messaging throughout the building.

Everything had to be compatible with Gamesys’ existing platforms and programs. The company required a dependable and experienced partner which could collaborate with them throughout the construction process, deliver high-quality products and services, and meet their deadlines.

Marquee One, a company that provides AV solutions to various industries, was recommended by a previous client that had worked with the director of Marquee One, Luke Nowacki. Part of the Marquee AV family, Marquee One has over 30 years of experience in the UK and Europe and offers a tailored service using best-in-class brands and equipment.

Marquee One created a variety of AV solutions for Gamesys London, including video conferencing and collaboration systems for all meeting rooms, enabling seamless communication and interaction across global offices.

Twenty Philips 55BDL4550D screens, with built-in media players, were used for digital signage to display corporate messaging and company stats and metrics.

The Sony FWD-55BZ40, FWD-65BZ40, and FWD-100BZ40 were selected for the two ‘all hands’ meeting spaces, along with an Absen 165″ 1.9mm pixel pitch LED wall, to create an immersive and engaging experience for  presentations and events.

The new audio system used Sennheiser speech line microphones, which are wireless, flexible and simple to use, to ensure that speech is clear and audible.

Q-SYS Core, a powerful and scalable platform that integrates audio, video, and control, processes and manages the audio signals.

The sound was reinforced with Bose pendant loudspeakers, which are stylish, compact and offer excellent coverage. Loudspeakers were also distributed to the recreational areas so that staff can enjoy updates while relaxing or socialising. The result was a high-quality and reliable audio system that enhances communication and collaboration among staff.

Cat6A cabling was also included for every desk and AV position, ensuring fast and reliable connectivity. This “futureproofs” Gamesys’ cabling infrastructure, ensuring it can handle higher data transfer rates, allowing for future growth.

The project took nearly a year to complete, with the Marquee One team on site every day during this time. Nowacki attended weekly meetings with the construction team and company directors to maintain proper coordination and communication. Marquee One also provide support and maintenance for every system installed, ensuring peak performance and user satisfaction.

The new office space, which better reflects Gamesys’ brand identity as a leading gaming company, has been upgraded to a modern and collaborative environment that has increased productivity and creativity.

Gamesys was delighted with the work done by Marquee One, as well as the new system’s ease of use. Outcomes included increased AV equipment utilisation, increased productivity, and improved visitor experiences.
